With the Voitra Services Platform (VSP), one plus, zero plus, and zero minus Toll services can be personalized for individual customer accounts. Agent dialog and level of automation can be uniquely assigned. Business rules determining allowed billing methods, allowed call jurisdictions, allowed service options, and call rating characteristics can be applied globally or refined to individual customer accounts or billing numbers. Business rules may also be futher refined by time of day, day of week, and holidays.
Call session context is always maintained, so transfers between live or automated agents can occur without the caller ever being asked to resubmit information already obtained and verified.
Currently VSP Toll supports Busy Live Verify, Busy Line Interrupt, 611 Repair, Emergency and the following billing methods for automated and operator placed calls:
